We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused
Unopened
In their original packaging
In the same condition in which they were received

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
